YCEF stands in solidarity with Palestinians and supports a permanent ceasefire. We have linked a petition that we ask Ventura County constituents to sign. The petition urges California representatives to represent the majority of Ventura County constituents by:

• Acknowledging the brutality of  Israeli war crimes against Palestinians

• Demanding an immediate, permanent, ceasefire in Gaza

• Calling for an end to American military aid to Israel

• YCEF stands in solidarity with SJP CSUCI and is calling for the Speaker of the House to cancel Netanyahu's invitation to speak to Congress.

• Join the SJP letter-writing event at 730 S Oxnard Blvd on Friday, July 12, at 6:00 PM. War Criminal Netanyahu is set to address Congress on July 24.

•  We are writing to our Representatives to demand that they boycott Netanyahu's speech in light of Israel's continuing genocide in Palestine. 

• This will be an educational opportunity to learn how to write and send letters to your Congressperson. Supplies and snacks will be provided. Please bring your own laptop or device if you prefer to type letters.
